This is our most comprehensive plan that allows companies to rely on us for all of their technical needs. It includes full on-site and virtual support for an entire year and works great for companies that do not have their own in house IT person or department, but needs daily a fair amount of support.
Valu-Tech - Retainer Plan
This plan enables you to get the annual coverage that you need but pay for it when you need it. There is a small fee up front, but a heavily discounted rate throughout the year. Many of our smaller clients (>5 employees) tend to like this option as it makes
Project Based Solutions
This plan allows anyone to utilize our services for any project based work that they may need. If your company has to move or would like to roll-out a new piece of software and you don’t have a dedicated IT provider or the manpower to do it… we can help.
Time & Materials
Our services allow us to help anyone on a time and materials basis. In this case we simply bill you at our regular hourly rate for any time we spend helping you solve your technical problems. It’s that Simple
Outsourced Helpdesk Solutions
Whether your company has 500 or 50,000 employees we can help. We assist larger companies with outsourcing their helpdesk; we can work in conjunction with your existing IT staff or act as your main helpdesk to resolve your employee’s technical issues.
